The Vishuddha Throat Chakra represents our centre for communication, expression and creativity. As we move up through the Chakra system we move away from the realm of matter more into the realm of spirit. Communication links spirit and matter through sound. Developed around the ages of 7 to 12 year, the name of the throat Chakra , Vishuddha, literarily means purification. Harmonious sound has a purifying effect on matter in a similar way to how speaking the truth has purifying and liberating effect on everything. When we express things that we have been holding we feel freedom, release and healing.
The Expression Candle has been infused with a blend of clearing and invigorating essential oils of Rosemary and purifying Thyme.
